HVAC Service Engineer
£45,000 to £50,000 + Overtime + Company Van + Fuel Card + Training + Progression + 29 Days Holiday
Kent, Commutable from Ashford, Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover, Maidstone, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Herne Bay
Are you an HVAC Engineer looking for a local Kent patch role with very limited London travel, great work life balance and long term progression?
This is a great opportunity to join a growing HVAC specialist offering a rare role focused almost entirely across Kent, with only occasional London travel. Unlike many service roles, there’s no heavy call out rota, workloads are well planned and overtime is optional, making this a genuinely attractive move for engineers tired of the London grind.
You’ll carry out service, breakdown and fault finding work across air conditioning, chillers and mechanical systems, while also developing further into heat pumps and supporting on more technical jobs.

The Role
*Service, breakdown and repair of HVAC systems
*Predominantly Kent patch, very limited London travel
*Highly organised workload, no formal call out rota
*Training into air source heat pumps
*Monday to Friday, overtime available
The Person
*HVAC, AC or Chiller service experience
*F Gas qualified
*Strong fault-finding skills
*Looking for a local Kent based role with better work life balance
*Commutable to East Kent
