Description
*Design, build, and administer surveys while conducting quantitative and statistical analysis on education and EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) datasets.
*Manage commissioned third-party research and consultation exercises, serving as the primary liaison for stakeholders.
*Translate analysis into engaging reports and PowerBI dashboards for both internal leadership and external audiences.
*Respond to policy enquiries and support the creation of external-facing GCC policies based on robust evidence.
*Maintain an overview of the wider regulatory landscape to foster cross-regulatory research partnerships.
Profile
*Proven experience in survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis (specifically using tools like PowerBI).
*The ability to write clear, concise papers for senior managers and speak effectively to a range of stakeholders.
*Demonstrated ability to multi-task and coordinate complex projects independently and without close supervision.

*Highly skilled in MS Office, SharePoint, and online survey platforms.
