Job Description:
Exciting, rare opportunity to join an innovative, dynamic company based in Tewkesbury, working as Project Admin Assistant in a fast-paced design and production department for a thriving business.
Reporting to the Projects Team Leader but working closely with management, design, warehouse & installation departments within the company to deliver a first class, timely, service to their clients.
Based within the modern recently refurbished offices, you will be taking briefs, preparing quotes, processing customer orders (from placing orders with suppliers through to delivery/installation of your projects), raising client invoices, answering queries, resolving complaints, approving purchase invoices (for payment by the accounts department) & providing month end work-in-progress data for the projects you manage.
Full training will be provided.
To apply for this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. You will have the desire to learn and succeed within a thriving and fast paced environment.
Hours – Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm – 1 hour for lunch
Salary – Competitive and negotiable depending on experience
