What You Will Be DoingFrom day one, you will be immersed in the operational and client facing side of retail banking
Supporting customers with day to day banking needs including accounts, savings, and financial products
Building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial position
Assisting senior bankers and advisors with client portfolios and financial reviews
Gaining exposure to lending, mortgages, and investment products
Learning how to assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance in all interactions
Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects a premium banking brand
Working towards handling your own client base as you progress
