Exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with progression to step into an Electrical Contracts Manager role This is a promising opportunity as the client seeks someone to eventually lead the Electrical division . You’ll oversee projects from tender to delivery, drive performance, and inspire your team to deliver excellence on commercial and residential projects
What You’ll Do:
*Lead and manage day-to-day electrical operations/ project management
*Oversee project design, delivery, and cost performance
*Manage supply chain, subcontractors and motivate teams on site
*Ensure safety, compliance, and client satisfaction
*Handle procurement, reporting, and stakeholder relationships
What You’ll Bring:
*Proven electrical project management experience on projects upto £3m
*Strong technical knowledge and mechanical/HVAC knowledge
*Experience of commercial or industrial projects across building services
*Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
