Job Description:
Mechanical Project Manager
East Midlands
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team. They’re also open to ambitious Mechanical Project Engineers ready to step up.
You’ll deliver a mix of refurbishment and new-build projects across multiple sectors, managing projects from cradle to grave.
The Role of a Mechanical Project Manager:
*Overseeing multiple mechanical/HVAC projects
*Managing budgets and programme delivery
*Leading site teams and coordinating with Electrical PMs
*Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
*Controlling labour and materials within budget
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects
*Commercial or industrial project background
*CSCS (SMSTS & First Aid desirable)
