Job Description:
Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
West Midlands
Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor required for a successful and long-standing client based in the West Midlands. For this client as an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will work on large scale projects for Tier 1 contractors across the Healthcare, Custodial. Education and Industrial sectors. Great variety of projects to get stuck into.
Your Responsibilities:
*Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
*Produce monthly commercial reports
*Monthly financial reviews and financial control
*Dispute resolution managing Contracts
*Procurement and tender reviews, final accounts
*Cost Estimation and Budgeting, variations
Experience Required
*Experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract
*Seasoned and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor
*Managing M&E, Building services projects across commercial or industrial projects
Salary / Benefits
*£65,000 - £70,000
*Car allowance
