The Role
As a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of adviser development, performance, and commercial output. You will lead from the front—setting the tone, defining expectations, and ensuring the adviser population operates at the highest possible standard within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Identify, attract, and secure top-tier financial advisers capable of delivering exceptional client outcomes
• Design and implement a best-in-class onboarding framework that accelerates early success and cultural integration
Performance Leadership
• Establish clear, measurable KPIs aligned to business objectives
• Drive performance through rigorous monitoring, structured coaching, and continuous improvement
• Hold advisers to account whilst providing the tools and support required to excel
Leadership & Culture
• Inspire, mentor, and develop advisers to achieve elite performance levels
• Foster a culture defined by accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence
• Lead by example, embodying the firm’s values and high-performance ethos
Business Development & Strategic Growth
• Define and execute the overarching sales and growth strategy
• Empower advisers to maximise their own business development through structured support and innovation
• Identify and capitalise on new commercial opportunities to accelerate firm-wide growth
Senior Leadership Impact
• Contribute directly to the strategic direction and long-term vision of the business
• Represent the firm with authority across industry networks and key events
• Demonstrate decisive leadership, sound judgement, and full ownership of outcomes
Skills & Attributes
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership within financial services or wealth management
• Exceptional ability to influence, motivate, and elevate performance

Qualifications & Experience
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (desirable)
• Extensive experience leading high-performing sales or adviser teams
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
