About the Role
As a Controller/Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the daily transport of patients to and from:
*Outpatient clinics
*Day care centres
*Routine hospital admissions
*Scheduled appointments
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Patient Transport Service (PTS) runs efficiently and effectively. This includes managing vehicle and staff resources to meet patient journey requirements, as well as working closely with hospital teams and departments to optimise service delivery.

*Strong communication and customer service abilities
*A proactive and solution-focused approach
*The ability to remain calm under pressure
*A genuine commitment to patient care
Working Pattern
*37.5 hours per week (full time)
*Primarily Monday to Friday
*Weekend cover required once per month
*Shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
