This is a hands-on role with responsibility for transactional finance, strong exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to help refine and improve finance processes as the business scales.

As Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

*Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of month-end processes, including reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies
*Managing monthly partner statements and settlement processes, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments
*Reconciling management information across internal systems and bank accounts, identifying, investigating, and resolving variances
*Ensuring all incoming and outgoing payments are processed accurately and kept fully up to date
*Maintaining complete and accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, commissions, and other control balances
*Producing and analysing reports from multiple systems to support finance operations and business decision-making
*Acting as a key point of contact for finance-related queries, liaising confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners
*Supporting the Head of Finance with year-end activities, audits, and budgeting
*Taking ownership of finance systems, developing strong system knowledge, and ensuring processes are efficient, well-controlled, and scalable

The successful candidate will be:
*Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
*Well-organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage their own workload
*Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
*Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable
*Technically capable, with strong Excel and finance system skills
*Professional, with high levels of integrity and sound judgement
*A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships

You will bring:
*Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
*Experience using Xero or equivalent accounting software
*Strong numerical and analytical skills

If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, make a meaningful impact, and grow with a people-first organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
