Senior Service Advisor
Location: Basildon
Salary: £28,000 Base Salary + up to £12,000 Comms = OTE £40,000
One of the Largest Motor groups are searching for a Senior Service Advisor to join their forward-thinking team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a clear career progression pathway.
*Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
*Managing service bookings, repair orders and technical queries
*Upselling additional services and products
*Supporting the junior members of staff when needed
*Providing a high level of customer service
*Processing all invoices in a timely manner
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm & alternative Saturdays 8am-1pm
