Job Description:
Finance Assistant - Temp to PermWe are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join a growing organisation operating within a regulated, fast-paced sector. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance, with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:*Supporting day-to-day finance and administrative activities
*Assisting with processing invoices, payments, and expenses
*Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
*Supporting reconciliations and basic financial reporting
*Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure smooth operations
*Liaising with HR, Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial support
*Learning and developing finance processes with ongoing training and guidance
About You:*A genuine interest in finance and a desire to build a career in the field
*Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
*Strong attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude
*Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and IT systems (training provided where required)
*No previous finance experience required - this role is open to entry-level candidates
The Opportunity:*Temp-to-perm position with a clear pathway to permanent employment
*Equivalent perm salary circa £27,000 per annum
*Full-time hours (37.5 per week)
