We are looking for a skilled and commercially minded Management Accountant / senior Accountant to join the growing team of an expanding Tax & Accounts Boutique!
This is a hands on role which involves interacting with clients and being involved in a dynamic growing team!
Your responsibilities will include -
*Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients
*Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
*Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
*Work closely with clients to understand their businesses and support strategic planning
*Assist with year-end processes and liaise with tax and compliance teams
*Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems
You will need -
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
*Proven experience in management reporting and financial forecasting
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
*Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships
*Experience working in practice or a multi-client environment is highly desirable
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel
