The Real Estate Solicitor will be:
*Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing
*Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development agreements
*Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*Contributing to the wider success of the real estate team
Profile
A successful Real Estate Solicitor - will have:
*Full qualification as a solicitor with a specialisation in real estate law.
