Residential Surveyor requirements:
*Experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher
*Demonstrate familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reports
*Ability to provide excellent customer service
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car
*Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation
Key duties for this Residential Surveyor role will include:
*Carrying out residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and 2 surveys).
*Producing accurate survey reports using market-leading technology.
*Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit.
*Managing a fixed geographical work area efficiently.
*Attend and participate in regional meetings.
*Maintaining professional development through ongoing training and industry updates.
