CACHE Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant
Tunbridge Wells
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable CACHE Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and looking for a part-time role with consistent daytime hours.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*Either 11:00am - 3:00pm or 11:30am - 3:30pm Lunch Cover
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the daily care and development of children aged 0-5
*Assisting in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
*Ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
*Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
*CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
*Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
*A warm, patient, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
