A great opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister to secure new property instructions, deliver accurate valuations, and maximise listings while building client relationships and contributing to residential sales performance in a competitive local market.
We are recruiting on behalf of an independent estate agency in Welling seeking an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister.
This role focuses on winning instructions, delivering accurate valuations, and contributing to the continued growth of the residential sales department.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
*Build and maintain relationships with vendors and potential clients
*Provide accurate advice on pricing, marketing, and market conditions
*Maximise listing opportunities and conversion rates
*Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
*Identify new business opportunities within the local market
*Work towards agreed targets and performance objectives
*Maintain strong local market knowledge, particularly within Welling and surrounding areas
*Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth progression of agreed sales
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in estate agency sales, with a focus on valuations and listings
*Proven track record of winning instructions in a competitive market
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Confident telephone manner and client-facing ability
*Well-presented and professional approach
*Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to identify and convert business opportunities
*Good knowledge of the Welling / South East London property market preferred
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
