About the Role
Armourcoat Ltd, a leading manufacturer of specialist decorative coatings, is seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at our Marden facility in Kent.
This vibrant role plays a key part in supporting the Distribution and Warehousing function, ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and fulfilment of material sales orders. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to our global customer base, including to the USA, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, and Australia.


Key Responsibilities
*Process and track orders from confirmed order through to delivery, liaising with Distribution, Technical teams, and freight forwarders to ensure a smooth supply chain process.
*Plan and coordinate order fulfilment to meet customer delivery requirements
*Monitor stock levels and production timescales to support efficient order processing
*Collaborate with Manufacturing to minimise order-to-delivery lead times and communicate availability to customers
*Issue invoices, delivery notes, and export documentation.
*Coordinate customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with international export requirements
*Manage the H&M ordering process via the H&M portal, enter orders onto Sage, coordinating with Casting and Distribution teams to fulfil orders.
*Conduct regular stock takes of finished goods and correct and investigate discrepancies.
*Assist with raw material procurement, stock control, and invoicing in collaboration with Manufacturing
*Work with the Production Manager to optimise raw material purchasing, including volume efficiencies
*Monitor production demand to ensure adequate raw material stock levels
*Process supplier invoices related to manufacturing and materials
*Support with Health & Safety document administration, including portal activities for the Marden site.
*Support warehouse operations, including packing and preparing orders for dispatch when required
*Handle small order processing, including packing and arranging shipment via post or courier
*Arrange courier collections as needed
Skills and Experience Required
*Experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or planning
*Strong interpersonal & customer service skills along with good written communication and numerical skills.
*Excellent planning and organisational abilities
*Experience with order processing, tracking and invoicing
*Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
*Competent with Office software, ERP systems and administrative tools
