A well-established and highly regarded Devon law firm is actively expanding its Residential Property / Conveyancing team and is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join offices across Torquay, Newton Abbot and wider Devon locations. The Role – Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages and buy-to-let transactions
*Transfers of equity and property adjustments
*New build, shared ownership and Help to Buy
*Probate-related property sales
The firm offers strong administrative support and efficient systems to ensure manageable caseloads and high service levels.
Candidate Profile
*Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner
*Minimum 1+ years’ residential conveyancing experience (flexible for strong candidates)
*Ability to run a caseload independently from start to finish
*Strong client care and organisational skills
*Both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers considered
