Job Title: Regional Manager

Job Duties
*Providing regional leadership across multiple business centres, ensuring consistent service and presentation standards.
* Acting as the custodian of brand, culture and five-star client experience across all sites.
* Coaching, mentoring and developing Centre Managers to build high-performing, engaged teams.
* Conducting regular site audits, walkthroughs and quality reviews, addressing gaps promptly.
* Acting as a senior escalation point for high-value or complex client matters.
Requirements
*Proven experience in a regional or multi-site management role (hospitality, serviced offices, premium retail or customer-led environments).
* Strong people leader with a coaching, influencing leadership style.
* Exceptionally polished, emotionally intelligent and brand-focused.
* Passionate about service excellence, detail and consistency
* Flexible and confident working across multiple London locations.
