Sales Administrators
Duration: Full- time office-based permanent roles
Salaries from: £25,000 per annum
Locations: Chessington, Surbiton, Twickenham and Kingston upon Thames areas
We are recruiting for Sales Administrators on behalf of our clients based in Southwest London area. These roles offer the chance to work as part of a team using your organisational skills and customer-focused approach to have a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Manage client enquiries and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
• Support order processing and ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Liaising with suppliers for ordering products.
• Liaise with other departments regarding orders and deliveries.
• Assist with sales administration, including preparing quotes and processing orders.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Provide efficient administrative and customer support across the business.
• Manage client enquiries and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
Skills & Experience Required
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Confident using MS Office systems
• Knowledge of CRM systems – i.e. SAP or Salesforce will be advantageous
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with positive "can do" approach
