Practice Manager
£80,000
London (EC1M) + Hybrid Working
A leading London-based full-service law firm is seeking a Practice Manager to join its Central Management team on a permanent, hybrid basis.
This is a key role supporting 12 Heads of Department with both operational and strategic responsibilities, with a strong focus on financial discipline, performance reporting, and commercial insight. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, and wider leadership teams to support budgeting, KPI tracking, and informed decision-making.
The role also involves supporting pricing and profitability discussions, resource and workforce planning, and departmental business planning. In addition, you will contribute to operational improvements, streamline processes, and assist with recruitment coordination and performance-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial literacy, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders. Prior experience within a law firm is essential, alongside a proactive and commercially focused approach.
