Job Description:
My client is currently seeking a Senior Architect / Senior Technologist to join their team on a contract basis
The ideal candidate will have:
*Master’s degree in Architecture from a UK-accredited institution.
*Qualified ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect or MCIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist.
*Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a proven track record of Job running and managing complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion.
*Fully proficient in Revit functions.
*Experience in undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles
