An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving primary school in Sevenoaks, where a strong emphasis is placed on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for every child. We are looking to appoint a skilled classroom practitioner who brings energy, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to high-quality teaching.
This role is ideally suited to someone available for full-time work, although part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will feel confident teaching across the primary age range, with experience or a preference for Key Stage 2 considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver creative, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
*Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
*Support the academic and personal development of all pupils
*Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and track progress
*Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience within a primary school setting
*Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
*A flexible approach to teaching across year groups
*KS2 experience or confidence preferred
