A brilliant opportunity for someone ready to grow their paraplanning careerThis is an ideal role for someone who has already gained experience in IFA administration or junior paraplanning and is now ready to take the next step. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team in Wakefield that invests heavily in training, technical development and long-term progression.
If you enjoy research, report writing, problem-solving and being close to the advice process, this role will give you the exposure and structure you need to become a confident, capable paraplanner.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll support advisers and senior paraplanners across a wide range of planning areas. Your responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with suitability report drafting, starting with simpler cases and progressing to more complex work
*Conducting research on pensions, investments and protection products
*Preparing client review packs, valuations and meeting documentation
*Gathering information from providers and updating CRM systems
*Supporting advisers with client meeting preparation and follow-up actions
*Helping build and input data for cashflow modelling
*Reviewing existing client arrangements and identifying planning opportunities
*Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and audit-ready
*Working closely with senior paraplanners to develop your technical knowledge
You’ll be given increasing responsibility as your confidence and technical ability grow.

*Ideally working towards the Level 4 Diploma (or keen to start)
