What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, ensuring clients receive a smooth, professional service. Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing valuations, review packs and client meeting documentation
*Processing and tracking Letters of Authority, ensuring provider information is received promptly
*Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
*Supporting advisers with client meeting prep, follow-up actions and workflow management
*Liaising with providers to obtain policy details, statements and updates
*Handling general client servicing queries with professionalism and warmth
*Assisting paraplanners with data gathering and research for suitability reports
*Ensuring all documentation meets FCA and internal compliance standards
*Helping improve processes, templates and client experience as the team grows
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your workload and become a key part of the client journey.
Development & progressionThis firm is serious about developing talent and offers:
*Full exam support (RO exams funded, study materials, paid study leave)
*A structured pathway into Trainee Paraplanner Paraplanner roles
*Regular 1-to-1s, mentoring and technical training
*Exposure to cashflow modelling, research and suitability report preparation
