Job Title: Property Lawyer (Conveyancing)

About the Role
TSR Legal are pleased to be representing an established and fast-paced conveyancing firm who are seeking capable Property Lawyers to join their Manchester-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer, whether qualified or non-qualified, who is confident managing their own caseload and working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
*Handle a broad range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
*Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
*Ensure all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
*Work closely with a team of three property lawyers to share knowledge and support workload demands
Requirements
*Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
*Ability to independently manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
*Qualification (e.g., Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX) is advantageous but not required
