A legal services provider is looking for an experienced Claimant Subrogation Solicitor to join their specialist team. This is a great opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload of pre-litigated and litigated motor claims for high-net-worth insurers.
The Role
*Manage your own caseload of RTA claimant matters
*Handle both pre-litigated and litigated motor claims
*Assess liability and quantum, set strategies and negotiate settlements
*Take a proactive approach to recovery, including issuing proceedings
*Liaise with insurers, credit hire companies and external specialists
*Maintain compliance and accurate use of Proclaim
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
*Motor Litigation experience essential
*Experience in subrogation and uninsured loss recovery
*Strong knowledge of credit hire
*Confident handling of Small Claims, Intermediate Track and Fast Track matters
*Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
