Relief Chef – 2 Rosette Experience RequiredUp to £18 per hour • No live-in available
We’re looking for an experienced Relief Chef with solid 2 Rosette background to support a high-quality kitchen during busy periods. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who can hit the ground running and maintain exceptional standards.
What You’ll Do*Support the brigade during busy services
*Deliver high-quality dishes to 2 Rosette standard
*Work cleanly, efficiently and professionally
*Adapt quickly to different sections as needed
*Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene at all times
What You Need*Proven 2 Rosette experience (essential)
*Strong all-round cooking skills
*Ability to work independently and under pressure
*Reliability and a professional attitude
*No live-in available, so you must be able to commute
