Our client, renowned for it’s exceptional client service, collaborative culture and entrepreneurial spirit, is looking for a sparkling Legal PA to support partners (including the Head of Department) in their Commercial Real Estate team - a role that’s as dynamic as it is rewarding.


What you’ll do:
*Be the go-to ambassador for partners, managing diaries, inboxes, and client communications with precision.
*Take ownership of billing and compliance processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial matters run smoothly.
*Coordinate business development activities, events, and travel arrangements with flair.
*Build strong relationships internally and externally, acting as a trusted partner to the team.
*Drive operational excellence by introducing best practices and supporting change initiatives.
