An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join a dedicated and expanding team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high quality work across both contentious and non contentious employment matters, working with clients across a variety of industries.
DAY TO DAY:
*Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters
*Advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues
*Supporting on complex cases as part of a wider team
*Drafting legal documents and providing strategic advice
*Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:*Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE
*Strong knowledge of employment law
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
*Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
*Able to manage multiple matters independently
*Proactive, organised and client-focused
