Salary: £12.77 per hour

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house function, ensuring all visitors and callers receive a professional and friendly experience, while also providing light administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
*Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a professional first impression
*Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
*Handling incoming and outgoing post
*Supporting with general administrative tasks and data entry
*Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
*Assisting the wider office team as required

*Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and approachable manner
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
*Reliable and punctual, with a proactive attitude
