Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioners to join our warm, friendly, and hardworking team at several nurseries across Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate childcare professionals looking for a rewarding role with excellent pay and support. We almost certainly have an opportunity near to you.
The Role
You will help provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop, learn, and flourish.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
*Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities
*Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all children
*Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Observe, assess, and record children’s development
*Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
*Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
*Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
*A caring, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*A commitment to safeguarding and best practice
