Milton Keynes (Office-Based) | Up to £50k + Uncapped Performance Bonus
The Mission

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be the sole engine behind our marketing function. You’ll have the budget, the tools (Zoho CRM), and the total autonomy to build a high-velocity lead generation machine that fuels our B2B professional services growth. If you thrive on seeing a direct correlation between your campaigns and the bottom line, this is your playground.
What You’ll Own
*The Paid Strategy: Take full command of Google Ads. From setup to scaling, you’ll optimise for ROI and high-intent SME enquiries.
*The Outreach: Master LinkedIn for both organic authority and aggressive outbound prospecting.
*The Lifecycle: Design and deploy sophisticated email automation and re-marketing sequences via Zoho CRM to keep our pipeline bulging.
*The Conversion: Bridge the gap between a "click" and a "funded deal," refining the funnel until it’s a seamless conversion path.
Who You Are
You are a "hands-on executor" who doesn’t need a manual. You likely come from a B2B finance or professional services background and are frustrated by red tape-here, you’ll have a green light to execute.
Your Toolkit Must Include:
*Google Ads Mastery: You can prove your ability to lower CPL while maintaining lead quality.
*Social Selling: You know how to leverage LinkedIn to open doors with SME decision-makers.
*CRM Wizardry: You’ve lived in Zoho (or similar) and know how to turn a database into a goldmine.
*Direct Response Writing: You write email copy that actually gets opened and answered.
