An established and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts professional to join its Bournemouth office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a supportive and long-standing team, offering genuine scope for progression.

Your role as an Accounts & Tax Manager:


*Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
*Supporting with personal tax and VAT returns.
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Supporting more junior staff and providing mentorship.


What you’ll need to succeed:


*ACA / ACCA qualified preferred (QBE also considered).
*Experience in accounts and/or general practice.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*A proactive approach with a desire to support junior staff development.
