Job AdvertMacildowie are working with this client based in Barwell within the distribution and services sector to recruit a Temporary Office / Customer Service Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone immediately available to join a busy and supportive team, offering valuable experience within a fast-paced office environment.

You will support the day-to-day operations of a busy office, providing high-quality customer service while assisting with a range of administrative tasks. This is a varied position where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner
*Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
*Updating internal systems and databases
*Providing general administrative support to the wider team
*Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times

*Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
*A proactive and reliable approach to work
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
