Technical Product Advisor
Newbury
£26’300 plus pay increase every 6 months!!
Hybrid working!! Free parking!! Full training!! 25 day holiday plus bank holiday!!
My client based in Newbury is currently on the lookout to onboard a enthusiastic, customer focused and hard working individual into their technical support team.
This role comes with full training but the ideal candidate would have a natural flair for problem solving and logical thinking.
The ideal candidate will have previous office based customer service experience paired with a strong telephone manner and relationship building skills.
The company benefits are fab for this company, including hybrid working, great holiday entitlement, full training, salary reviews and increases throughout the year and excellent development and progression opportunities.
Duties include
*Handling inbound and outbound calls
*Liaising with network providers
*Assisting with sales team queries
*Completing product investigation
*Creating support tickets and follow up
The start date would commence in late may/june but interviews will take place asap.
