What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work closely with experienced paraplanners and advisers, gradually taking on more technical responsibility as your confidence grows. Your role will include:
*Supporting senior paraplanners with research, data gathering and analysis
*Preparing client review packs, cashflow inputs and meeting notes
*Assisting with suitability report drafting as you develop your technical skills
*Learning how to analyse pensions, investments, protection and tax planning cases
*Liaising with providers to obtain accurate information for casework
*Updating CRM systems and ensuring all documentation is compliant
*Shadowing client meetings to understand the advice process end-to-end
*Taking on more complex tasks as you progress through exams and training

What They’re Looking ForYou don’t need to be a paraplanner already — but you do need:
*Experience in an IFA/wealth management admin or client support role
*A genuine interest in progressing into paraplanning
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
*Good understanding of pensions and investments (even at a basic level)
*Confidence using platforms, providers and CRM systems
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
If you’ve already started your Diploma, that’s a bonus but not essential.
