Digital Marketing Sales Executive | No Cold Calling I Hybrid / Bishop’s Stortford (Commutable) | UP to £60k Basic + £100k OTE Uncapped

We are looking for a likeminded, ambitious Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our established, friendly team.
All leads are inbound so no cold calling is required and you can devote your energy and creativity to consultative selling and securing lucrative business.
If you have a proven track record of closing deals across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Web Design, we want to talk to you.
The Role
You’ll be connecting with ambitious brands to solve their digital headaches. You will:
*Consult & Close: Lead the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to high-impact pitching.
*Architect Solutions: Work with our technical teams to pitch integrated strategies across Search (Organic/Paid), Social Media, and UX-focused Website Design.
*Drive Revenue: Manage a healthy pipeline of inbound leads through to close.
Who You Are
*Experienced: You have a solid background in digital agency sales. You know the difference between a backlink and a canonical tag, and you can explain ROAS to a CEO.
*Strategic: You don’t just sell services; you sell solutions. You understand how a new website design complements a long-term SEO strategy.
*Local: You are based within a commutable distance of Bishop’s Stortford for our collaborative office days.
*Driven: You’re motivated by a high-reward commission structure and the chance to be a key player in a scaling agency.
The Rewards
*Base Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on your experience and track record).
*Uncapped OTE: Realistically hit £100,000+ in your first year.
