Delivery Manager - Business Case Focused - DV Cleared - Corsham (4 Days Onsite) - 6 months+ - £600 to £640 per day Inside IR35
FryerMiles are excited to be working with a leading UK Management Consultancy to assist with their recruitment of an experienced Delivery Manager to support a high profile Defence programme based in Corsham. This role requires active DV Clearance and will focus heavily on business case delivery, governance, and programme progression within a secure environment.
This is a primarily onsite role (4 days per week), with an expected move to 3 core onsite days from July (Monday to Wednesday), plus additional onsite attendance on Thursdays where required.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead delivery activity across key programme workstreams with a strong focus on business case development and progression
*Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
*Coordinate stakeholders across client teams, suppliers, and senior leadership
*Drive governance, reporting, and decision-making processes
*Support production, review, and refinement of business case documentation
*Ensure actions are tracked and programme momentum is maintained
*Identify and resolve blockers to delivery in a complex secure environment
Required Experience:
*Proven Delivery Manager experience within Defence, Government, or secure programmes
*Strong experience working on business cases, approvals, or investment governance
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced programmes
*Active DV Clearance essential
