Financial Services Administrator
Worcester (Office-Based)
Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full-Time | Permanent
NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly respected and award-winning firm of Independent Financial Advisers and Wealth Managers based in Worcester. Due to continued success and business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join their professional and friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service, supporting financial advisers, and developing their career within a well-established and forward-thinking financial planning business.
This role will involve working alongside and supporting on of the Firms Director and will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring the Client journey remains seamless.
Key Responsibilities
" Handle incoming calls, take messages, and respond to client enquiries.
" Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
" Prepare and update client reports, valuations, and statements of worth.
" Maintain accurate client records on Intelligent Office (IO) and ensure all documentation is uploaded correctly.
" Draft client correspondence including letters and emails.
" Manage Letters of Authority and Transfers of Servicing from start to completion.
" Prepare new business packs, illustrations, and financial planning reports.
" Obtain research for protection and annuity products.
" Process fund switches, withdrawals, and top-ups to existing plans.
" Liaise with providers for updates and ensure timely progress of all client requests.
About You
" Previous experience in a financial services administration or IFA support role.
" Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
" Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to multitask effectively.
" Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) and provider platforms is desirable but not essential.
