We are currently recruiting for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a Colchester based business on a permanent basis.
You will supporting key stakeholders, drive performance, and provide insightful financial analysis. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, translating financial data into clear, actionable recommendations across the business.


Key Responsibilities:
*Leading on a system implementation project
*Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to influence decision-making
*Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Provide clear financial insights to improve performance and profitability
*Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
*Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic planning


Key Skills:
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
*Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
*Proven experience in business partnering or similar role
*Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems desirable
*Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence
