£23,000 – £27,000 basic + commission (OTE £50K Year 1)
We’re working with a high-growth executive search firm who are looking to hire ambitious individuals into their Brentwood office as they scale.


The OpportunityFounded just over a year ago, the business is already performing at an exceptional level, with both founders billing over £500K+ annually (including a £700K biller in 2025).
They specialise in senior leadership hires (£120K+ salaries) across:
*Manufacturing
*FMCG
*Automotive
Operating on a global scale:
*50% Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France)
*50% US market
With strong existing client relationships and a high volume of live roles, they are now looking to bring in delivery consultants to support growth.
The Role (Delivery Consultant)*Managing candidate processes for retained and contingent exec search assignments
*Working closely with founders on live mandates
*Headhunting senior leadership talent globally
*Building candidate networks within niche markets
*Opportunity to progress into a full 360 consultant role
Commission & Earnings*Average fee: £40,000
*Delivery consultants work on 50% of the fee
*25% commission on their portion
*Example: £40K deal = £5K commission
