DAY TO DAY:
*Managing your own caseload while delivering exceptional client service
*Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (including supply, distribution, agency, IP licensing and SaaS agreements)
*Advising on data protection, consumer law and regulatory compliance
*Supporting corporate transactions and cross-border commercial matters
*Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal solutions
WE ARE LOOKING FOR: *Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
*Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory frameworks
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
*Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
*Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple matters independently
*Client-focused with strong attention to detail
