An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Solicitor to join a prestigious firm in East London or Essex. Renowned for its high-calibre client base and exceptional service standards.
The Role
You will manage a high-quality and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
*New build and off-plan purchases
*Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
You will act for high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers, providing a seamless and efficient service from instruction through to completion.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive in England & Wales
*Experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently - supervision and continued training can be offered to aid further development
*Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
The Benefits
*Salary of £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and pqe
