Job Description:
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Operations Agent for a well-established Freight / Courier company based in the Manchester area.
The role will be crucial in working in a Wholesale Freight Forwarding operation dealing with Airfreight Export, Import, and Courier Services.
Duties:-
*Respond to quote requests and coordinate with airlines / suppliers
*Manage bookings, documentation, and customer relationships
*Quotations
*Ensure smooth handling of import / export operations
