Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Bolton
Are you an experienced leader in children’s residential care looking for a stable, well-supported service where you can truly make an impact?
We are working with an established and highly respected provider who are seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead one of their successful homes in Bolton.
This is a rare opportunity to join a service that is already performing strongly, with a stable staff team, positive culture, and excellent Ofsted track record. This is not a turnaround setting – it’s about continuing to build on solid foundations and driving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
What’s on offer:
Salary: £53 – £62,000k
KPI performance bonus
Plus £2,000k per occupancy
Established, supportive team already in place
Strong operational and senior leadership support
A stable home where quality care is already embedded
We’re looking for someone who is:
An experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
A confident leader who can inspire, develop, and motivate teams
Strong on compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards
Committed to maintaining a positive, child-centred culture
