Teaching Assistant RoleAs a Teaching Assistant working through Teaching Personnel, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment supporting children acamdemically and personally. Roles may vary from general classroom support to 1:1 support for pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs).

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant*Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities

*Provide 1:1 or small group interventions

*Assist pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)

*Help manage behaviour in line with school policies

*Prepare learning resources and classroom materials

*Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing

What We’re Looking For in a Teaching Assistant*Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, care, coaching, personal experience etc.)

*A positive, proactive, and patient approach

*Strong communication and teamwork skills

*DBS (Or willingness to apply)
*GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
