Job Description:
Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Irlam, Manchester
Hours: 10pm to 8am
Time Recruitment is selecting a Waking Night Support worker for a twenty bedded secure childrens service; all beds are contracted to the Youth Custody Service.
As a Waking Night Support worker here your duties will include:
*Visual checks on all the young people
*Complete electronic personnel event sheet and regular observations every 15 minutes
*Emergency response
*Laundry management
*Kitchen,office and visiting room to be cleaned
*Lounge areas cleaned and vacuumed
*Rubbish removed
Requirements for the Waking Night Support Worker:
*De-escalation knowledge and techniques
*Safeguarding and risk management knowledge
*PMVA/Restraint trained
