Broster Buchanan are proud to be retained o the requirement of a Management Accountant for a high growth, PE backed business in Tameside.

This permanent role will attract candidates who are an established Management Accountant where your commercial value add will be an extension to the role supporting the Financial Controller in strategic decisions.

Preferred Requirements:

*Proficiency in management accounting principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
*Adept at interpreting financial data and translating it into actionable insights for business leaders.
*Business partner with other divisions within the business
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address financial challenges.
*Proven experience in using financial software and spreadsheet applications to manage and analyse data.
Preferred Qualifications:*Finalist/Qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably within a similar industry.
*Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations applicable to the manufacturing sector.
